Pastoral leadership is a calling to shepherd through both doctrine and life.  Our words matter as we communicate truth from the Scripures.  And our lives matter as we model what it looks like to walk in His truth.  Great blessing can come to the body of Christ from godly leaders.  But great harm can come when they fall.  At this lunch, we will discuss fallen pastors and lay elders.  How are we to handle these times of turmoil?  How do we communicate with our people with honesty and sensitivity?
